What we do, what we don't, and the rules of engagement.
What we do
Health · Cali is a coordination platform. We connect international patients with JCI-accredited hospitals and board-certified surgeons in Cali, Colombia, and arrange logistics (recovery house, ground transport). We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical care directly.
Medical decisions
All clinical decisions are made between you and your treating clinician. We do not recommend specific procedures or guarantee outcomes. Your treating surgeon is responsible for the informed consent process at the clinic.
Payments and refunds
Prices displayed are estimates until your evaluation. Final quote locks the price. Full refund available up to 7 days before scheduled surgery. After that: refund minus non-recoverable deposits (clinic booking, recovery house). Cancellation due to medical contraindications: full refund.
Insurance and travel
We do not bill insurance directly. You're responsible for international medical travel insurance (we can recommend providers). We are not liable for travel disruptions, airline cancellations, or visa issues.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Cali, Valle del Cauca, in Spanish.
